SYSTEM IS BASED ON 10 CENTS PER MINUTE.
1 LESSON = 3 CREDITS = 3O MINUTES

any increases in rates 30 days prior to

Students, Teachers, and
Administration have the options to cancell their
schedule.
I. Teachers
- if teacher cancels, she will get PENALTY credits
(-3 credits)
- if students cancel lesson of the teacher, the
teacher gets 1 credit.
II. Students
- if the student cancels the lesson, he/she will
only refund 1 credit.
- if teachers cancels, the students gets the whole 3
credits (REFUND).
III. Administration
- if the connection is not good, or there are
unavoidable circumstances regarding the line.. the
admin cancels. ( the teacher gets only 1 credit, the
student gets 2 credits).
*** cancellation can be done by the teachers and
students by calling the ONLINE-CALL CENTER OF THE
COMPANY (which has only access to edit/cancel the
lesson on the webpage).
*** cancellation should be done 30minutes before the
lesson. |
